We are so glad that they are able to be here this year, with... With cooks from five continents, "The Good Food Project" Nundah brings the best of world cuisine with a social flavour. Please support their community project, by purchasing some most beautiful food. By supporting The Good Food Project enterprises, you get to experience a menu as diverse as it's staff from Syrian to Persian, Sri Lankan to Bhutanese cuisine and so much more The Good Food Project is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing training opportunities for people who face barriers to employment. We are led by qualified Chef’s and staffed entirely by people with disadvantages - some have disabilities, mental health issues, and many have arrived in Australia as refugees. Our common ground is that we, aside from being amazing cooks, want to belong, to contribute, to work and be a part of our community.

Fun activities for all ages of families to engage with each other. Some Old Fashion Games and
some the latest winners in 2023. Our aim to create an environment that parents, grandparents can interact with one another. Bluey Putt Put, "Child Safe" Axe Throwing (The best fun), New Ninja Course for the Kids, Rings and Hooks, Plus others Deak's Cafe
On the night the churches local coffee will be open "Deak's Cafe". Deak's cafe is available for community projects in the local area. We provide a venue that can be used for meetings, training, crafts, or even a coffee shop, to catch up. Deak's cafe is free to non-profit community events. On the night We will be serving Tea and coffee to anyone, with a simply Gold coin donation, with all money raised going back into local school projects. We will also have a range of softdrinks and handmade international treats made by some of the local families for sample testing. |
